Cancellations and Refund Policies

Classes

Busy Bodies will provide a refund or a store credit if you wish to withdraw from a class prior to the third class of the semester, less a prorated charge for the classes used and a $25 cancellation fee. (Cancellation fee does not apply for store credit.) No refunds or credits will be given after the third week of the semester. Please request refunds in writing or by email, including name of child, parent’s name, the class being cancelled and an explanation of the reason for cancelling.

Events & Birthday Parties

Event deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other programs. The balance of a party cancelled less than 1 week prior to the start of the party is also nonrefundable and non-transferable to other programs. A change in date will be accommodated if an alternative date is available, more than 4 weeks before the originally booked date and in the discretion of management.

Open Play Day Pass and Open Play Packages

Open Play Day Passes and Open Play Packages are non-refundable. They are valid for 6 months from purchase date. Day Passes may be transferred to or used for friends and/or family.

If you wish to cancel a reserved Activity Session, you must cancel the reservation in advance at least one (1) hour prior to the booked session. If you do not cancel the session prior to cutoff, you will forfeit the pass for that session.

Special Events

Event registration for special events and parenting workshops is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may receive a store credit if you contact Busy Bodies prior to the event.

If you wish to cancel a reserved special event or workshop, you must cancel the reservation 24 hours before the event. If you do not cancel the session prior to cutoff, you will forfeit payment for it.

Account Credit

Busy Bodies store credit is non-refundable, unless the refund period for the program from which you un-enrolled has not yet ended. In this case a refund will be given based on the restrictions of the refund policy for the program.
